My name is Emily and I am a multimedia artist and writer with Asperger's Syndrome (which is on the high functioning side of the Autism Spectrum) who enjoys traditional art, digital art, digital photography, animation and cartooning, and writing from the state of New York (not the city, the Hudson Valley region).

I have been doing art and writing for over a decade and sharing my art and writing here since September 2011 and improving with every piece despite having a disability. It just makes me even more unique.

I graduated from Middletown High School in June 2016 with a regents diploma with career and technical endorsement in the top 30 of my senior class, earned a CTE diploma with technical mastery in digital design and advertising, and graduated from SUNY Orange with an associate in applied science (AAS) in Visual Communications with honors designation (cum laude) in Spring 2018. I have participated in competitions like the Plastic Free Waterways through Art competition and did partner graphic design and page layout work for both the SUNY Orange Community Orchestra and the SUNY Orange Apprentice Players.

I not only do original characters and stories, but I also do fan art. I enjoy animated features like Disney, anime (I am a fan of Sword Art Online and enjoy Attack on Titan among others), TV shows like Spongebob, The Simpsons, and Doctor Who with Hell's Kitchen being my favorite reality cooking competition show, casually into Harry Potter (I am a Hufflepuff with Ravenclaw traits after all aka Huffleclaw) and Star Wars, my childhood influences like Barbie and American Girl. In addition, I enjoy almost all music types ranging from classical to soundtracks but I am not much of a country music fan. In fact, I am into Michael Jackson the most. Furthermore, I am a New York Giants fan and a casual Yankee's fan. I also love history (global and cultural history, US history, and Art History/Modern Art) and love learning about the royals and into fashion and costuming for inspiration for my art.

My other hobbies aside from art and writing are singing and dancing. I participated in chorus for six total years; fourth and fifth grade chorus, sixth grade chorus, mix chorus in seventh grade, freshman year of high school in concert choir with a solo spot, and sophomore year in women's chorale with a competition trip in Boston, and did some acting in eighth grade (I performed in both my middle school's Cabaret show and their production of Willy Wonka). I did dance my junior and senior years of high school, even choreographing my own dance tribute in my school's evening of dance Spring 2016. I do some artisan crafts too, I know how to sew. I also run a Youtube channel. I even know a little bit of Spanish. I am also a cat person.
